The Cruisin’ Club ("Agency," "we," "us," or "our") acts solely as a travel planning facilitator to assist families in coordinating itineraries, cruises, and specialized homeschool enrichment experiences ("Group Voyages"). While we always strive to provide accurate information and exceptional support, our role is to act as an intermediary between you and independent third-party travel partners (such as cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and resort vendors).
-
Client Financial Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to understand how your funds are allocated, including which portions are paid to the Agency for planning/experience fees and which portions are paid directly to third-party travel partners for travel reservations.
Review of Supplier Rules: You are required to directly read, review, and understand all terms, conditions, payment schedules, cancellation policies, refund rules, and liability waivers issued by the travel partners (including cruise lines) prior to submitting payment.
Disclaimer for Client Misunderstandings: The Agency assumes no responsibility or liability for any misunderstandings, misinterpretations, or oversights regarding supplier terms, cancellation penalties, refund eligibility, or financial liabilities between you and any travel partner.
-
Minimum Participant Requirement: To provide a hosted experience (including on-site staff, guided family programming, and coordinated group activities), each Group Voyage requires a minimum of ten (10) fully booked and confirmed families.
Un-Hosted Cruises: If a Group Cruise does not reach the minimum threshold of 10 confirmed families by [e.g., 60 days / 90 days] prior to the departure date:
The cruise will proceed as an un-hosted trip.
Families will retain all standard travel reservations, bookings, and accommodations made through the cruise line or travel partner.
We will issue a full refund of the Homeschool Experience Fee charged directly by the Agency.
Impact on Third-Party Bookings: Refunding or waiving the Agency's Homeschool Experience Fee due to un-hosted status does not modify, cancel, or refund your underlying cruise fare or bookings with third-party travel partners.
-
Travel Documents: You are solely responsible for securing and verifying all necessary travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health credentials required for travel.
Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all families to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and travel partner disruptions.
-
The Agency acts strictly as an agent for independent suppliers and bears no legal or financial liability for any personal injury, financial loss, delay, cancellation, schedule change, or default caused by third-party travel partners, weather conditions, or unexpected events beyond our control.
-
By selecting "I agree to the terms and conditions" and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including your responsibility to review travel partner policies and understand all financial commitments prior to payment.
