All travel bookings (including deposits, final payments, and cancellation schedules) are ultimately subject to the individual terms and conditions of the specific travel vendor handling your trip (e.g., Royal Caribbean, Disney Cruise Line, Virgin Voyages, local tour operators, etc.).

• Vendor Penalties: Travel suppliers establish their own non-refundable deposit rules and progressive cancellation penalty schedules.

• Supplier Refunds: Any refunds granted due to cancellation will strictly follow the supplier’s payment timeline and refund policies.

Worldschool Travel Club invests significant administrative time, itinerary planning, and host coordination into every group event and custom itinerary.

• Professional Service & Planning Fees: Any professional service fees, planning fees, or group administrative fees paid directly to Candland Cruise & Travel, LLC are 100% non-refundable, regardless of when or why the cancellation occurs.

• Group Deposit Terms: Certain hosted worldschool group trips or group cruise block rates may carry non-refundable agency/group deposits to secure shared group perks, venues, or group pricing. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Worldschool Cruise Club may facilitate optional group excursions, private group dining events, specialized local workshops, or exclusive group tours. These are often pre-paid and secured via separate non-refundable contracts with local destination management companies or private providers.

• Agency and Vendor Non-Refundability: Payments made by the Client for optional group excursions, specialized events, or add-on tours are 100% non-refundable, regardless of when or why the Client chooses to cancel their participation.

• Provider Cancellations: The only exception to this policy is if the third-party excursion provider cancels the event or tour entirely (e.g., due to weather, mechanical failure, or force majeure). In the event of a full provider cancellation, Worldschool Cruise Clu will process and pass through to the Client any refunds received from the excursion vendor, less any transaction or processing fees.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler listed on the reservation.

• Submission: Email your written cancellation request to makenzie.candland@fora.travelwith your booking confirmation number and trip details.

• Effective Date: Cancellations are considered effective on the business day they are received and acknowledged in writing by Candland Cruise & Travel, LLC.

Because unexpected events—including illness, family emergencies, trip interruptions, severe weather, or unexpected delays—can affect your travel plans, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance polices usually cover any costs associated with your planed trip, including the booking fees, airfare, and other accommodations. Many travel insurance cover medical expenses as well.

• Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR): For maximum flexibility, consider a policy that includes "Cancel For Any Reason" coverage. CFAR policies generally must be purchased within 14–21 days of your initial trip deposit.

• Third-Party Coverage: Travel insurance coverage is governed strictly by the insurance provider, not Candland Cruise & Travel, LLC or Fora Travel, Inc.

Requests to modify a booking (such as name changes, date shifts, or room upgrades) are subject to vendor availability and approval. Any change fees imposed by the travel supplier, plus any price differences for the new arrangements, will be the responsibility of the traveler.
